In addition to our returns policy, if you are a customer in the European Union you have the right to cancel your contract with us within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order without giving any reasons. This right does not apply to the following items: (1) items that have been sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g make-up, underwear, swimwear or pierced jewellery) if the seal has been broken; (2) CDs and DVDs if the seal has been broken; and (3) items that have been made to the customer’s specification or that are personalised. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order to us.
Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
UNTIL WHEN CAN I RETURN PURCHASED ITEMS?
You should inform us within 14 days of delivery of any items you wish to return or exchange. Purchased items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges are no longer possible after this period.
Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke your contractual declaration within fourteen days in text form without giving any reasons.

ARE THERE CONDITIONS REGARDING ITEM RETURNS?
The following conditions apply to exchanges or returns:
– Clothing should not have been worn or washed.
– There should be no signs of food stains, make-up, body odours or cigarette smoke on the items.
– No attempts should have been made to repair defects.
– Jewellery and lingerie may not be returned for reasons of hygiene.
– The original tickets and labels should still be attached to the item.
– The item should be in its original packaging.
– Shipment risks and charges for returns lie with the purchaser. Tees2peace advises customers to send returned items by registered post.
– Returns with insufficient postage or where no postage has been paid will not be accepted by us.
– In the case of product and/or delivery errors, the return charges will be paid by Tees2peace. These will be subsequently reimbursed.
– Product and/or delivery errors should be reported to us, including a description, within 14 days of delivery.
– If our exchange and returns conditions are not met, we retain the right to return shipments to you and to charge on the delivery costs.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE OR RETURNS PROCEDURE?
You can send an email about your returns on our e-mail. Please include the following details:
1. Order: enter your order number and postcode.
2. Items: indicate which items you wish to return and in which quantity. The desired items will not be reserved and will only be processed after receipt of the returned items (this can take several working days).
3. Customer details: enter your customer details.
4. Return method: select the desired return method.
5. Shipment: Package the shipment and hand it to the selected carrier. The costs of returns should be paid by the customer.
WHEN WILL THE PURCHASE PRICE BE REIMBURSED?
Following receipt of the returns, the purchase price and delivery charges (not including the costs of return), will be deposited in your account within 14 days.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPMENT COSTS FOR EXCHANGES?
If you exchange an item, Buyer will pay for the exchanged item’s delivery charges.
I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN ITEMS. DO I NEED TO PAY SHIPMENT COSTS FOR THIS?
Yes, you need to pay the return shipment costs.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE THE NEW ITEM FOLLOWING AN EXCHANGE?
Following receipt of the returned package we will send the new items to you within four working days (if in stock). You will receive the delivery confirmation by e-mail within four days.
CAN I ALSO RETURN SALE ITEMS?
Yes, this is possible. You can return SALE items under the same conditions.
I HAVE LOST MY RETURNS NOTE AND I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
